The Torrential Ludroth is a Subspecies of Ludroth introduced in Monster Hunter Alpha Dos.
Physiology[]
They are a mutation of skin color of the Purple Ludroth. This gives them the purple rim on their body, and the recessive blue skin. They have adapted to purify water internally and use the pure water to heal themselves while in battle. What they don't purify is used as a weapon until they run out of stamina, where they are forced to use the pure water to attack. The water being pure renders Thunder ineffective against these monsters.
Behavior[]
Then hungry, they will soak up water, and their mane will glow as they purify it. When enraged, water will bubble from their mouth. When weak, they will leak pure water from their mane.
